Management Team Stephen N. Caine Stephen N. Caine brings a depth and breadth of experience in software development and publishing to White Page Software. As founder, president and a member of the board of directors of White Page Software, his focus is the development of PlanSellProsper, White Page Software’s first product. For more than ten years Stephen has been the CEO of CommonGround Softworks, Inc., a software development company that publishes Qilan, a database integration tool. As CEO he has provided direction and planning for Qilan’s development and product support. Previously, Stephen was CEO of Soft Breeze Systems, LLC, the company that develops Qilan projects for businesses, as well as computer support/service. In this role, he provided software development and consultation to clients on a variety of database software products. Gregg Sanderson Gregg Sanderson brings more than 40 years of experience in software development, consulting, sales and publishing to White Page Software, where he is responsible for making PlanSellProsper a powerful and effective tool for the sales professional. In 1986, together with his partner Marla Sanderson, he created MarketMaster, the first true sales automation tool for the Mac. With sales in his blood—he put himself through college selling cutlery door-to-door—he created MarketMaster specifically to prevent lost sales leads due to inadequate follow-up. In 2005, he brought MarketMaster to White Page Software, joining forces with the other members of the management team to create PlanSellProsper. Before creating MarketMaster, Gregg served as president of Interaction Associates in Miami, where he pioneered the concept now known as “contract to hire,” published a monthly newsletter for the Miami computer community, and was a charter member of the CIC Professionals, a local professional society whose members were selected on the basis of “Creativity, Integrity, and Competence” in the field of data processing. While servicing such prominent clients as American Bankers’ Life, Pfizer Inc, ADP, General Development Corp., and the Miami School Board, he wrote the management textbook “Systematics on the Frontiers of Creativity.” Doug McGruter Since 1984, Doug McGruter has been involved in software development and training with a focus on database development, integration and web deployment, and project management research, development and implementation. He has a special expertise in customized software and database solutions for the Macintosh; database integration between Mac OSX, UNIX, LINUX and Windows NT; and web site design and production services. Doug leveraged early career experience in television and film production, photography, multimedia, and music—he was a studio and tour musician with Warner Brothers Records—into software/systems development and training. In addition to designing, installing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions for the business, science and publishing markets on the Apple Mac, he created multi-user dataset software for vertical markets, created networked systems to make data available between Mac networks and DEC/VAX mainframe systems, and trained others on desktop publishing, multimedia, and scientific analysis and accounting software. Scott Rosenbaum Scott Rosenbaum brings more than 20 years of expertise in the development, implementation, training, and management of database software solutions. Prior to establishing White Page Software, Scott was Director and Senior Vice President of UniTeller Financial Services, Inc., a money services business he helped start in 1993. At UniTeller, Scott assisted in development of the company’s original electronic money transfer system. Scott’s responsibilities at UniTeller also included systems, call center, legal, compliance, and credit operations. Before UniTeller, Scott spent five years as a computer consultant with Synergy Business Solutions, where he sold custom database solutions to small businesses and Fortune 100 corporations, and instructed and trained contractors in the use of new systems. Scott also served as Vice President of Sales and Operations at LogiComp Computer Corporation from 1983 to 1988. At LogiComp, Scott assisted in development of start-up vertical market medical insurance billing software, directed and implemented marketing plans, and directed national sales operations. From 1973 to 1983, Scott was Vice President of Lescron Enterprises, Inc., a family-owned business in Binghamton, New York. Lescron was an early purveyor of remaindered book sales, with customers that included K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Walgreen and other chain retailers. |
